1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a platform user and clybet as the service operator. These Terms take effect as soon as you complete account registration or use any part of the clybet platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the clybet platform and close your account.

2 User Eligibility

To use the clybet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that has blacklisted online gambling services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or subject to financial restrictions imposed by a court.
• Not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, foundation, or any other third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the clybet platform. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices by the same individual. Duplicate accounts will be detected through our monitoring system and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a serious violation of these terms.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Clybet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits and Payments

Clybet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to the limits of the selected payment method.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the same player's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus processing fees.
• Clybet does not charge processing fees for deposits.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in their account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to the availability of that method.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 (standard members); higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC identity verification.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Clybet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until a security review is complete if unusual account activity is detected. Reviews are typically completed within 48 hours and the player will be notified via their registered email.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by clybet are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in each promotion's terms. Players are encouraged to read the promotion terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Principles

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player / per household / per device / per IP address.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 20x to 40x of the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated; expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on the clybet platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received independent certification from internationally accredited bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and free from external influence.

In the event of a dispute over game results, Clybet's server records are final. If a technical disruption occurs during an active game session, Clybet will use the last successfully saved transaction record as the basis for resolution. Bets involved in a technical disruption will be returned to the player's account within 24 hours.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Software

The use of automated bots, unauthorised analytical software, data mining tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. clybet employs sophisticated detection systems to identify such activity, and any accounts found to be involved will be terminated without notice.

8 Inactive Account

A Clybet account that shows no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account. After this period, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 will be applied to the remaining balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Players will be notified via registered email 30 days before an account is categorized as inactive. To reactivate the account, the player simply needs to log in and complete any transaction. No reactivation fee applies.

9 Account Termination

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the Clybet support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Clybet reserves the right to terminate or freeze an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Multiple account registrations to exploit promotions.
• Use of unauthorised software or game manipulation.
• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Threats or harassment directed at clybet support staff.

10 Liability Limits

Clybet provides this service "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service continuity. The platform is not liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, or damages arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond Clybet's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Game outcomes that are not in the player's favor — this is the inherent risk of gambling.
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party failures such as banks or payment processors.

Clybet's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the submission of the liability claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
